 I am a proud mom and grandma, an entrepreneur, and someone who has never let age or fear define my path. At 50, I fulfilled a  dream by becoming a pilot and went on to open a successful flight school, proving to myself and others that it’s never too late to chase new ambitions. My journey didn’t come without challenges—it took years of soul-searching and self-reflection to figure out who I am and how to channel my experiences into self-growth.

At 59, I became a reality TV star on the number 1 show Survivor, breaking two records as the oldest competitor to win an immunity challenge as well as the oldest competitor to make it to the final tribal.. These accomplishments remind me every day that courage and determination are far more powerful than fear. Looking back, I’m incredibly proud of the person I’ve become and the life I’ve created by stepping out of my comfort zones and embracing new challenges.

Now, my mission is to help others do the same. No matter your age or where you are in life, you have the power to redefine your story. I want to inspire and guide you to break free from limitations, chase your dreams, and attack life with the same fearless energy that has driven me.
